Apartment good, management bad

We lived here for about 6 months and the apartment itself was nice. The problem was the management and maintenence people. Neither of these people were on time, polite, or honored what someone else in their department said they would do.

Problems with getting the deposit fee back as well. Tried to charge us for late fee when payment was submitted 1 week before due date. Tried to charge for carpet cleaning when we have in writing that we would not be charged for carpet cleaning. The list goes on.

I do NOT recommend this place!
