Saddle Ridge is converting to condos. Very expensive for the average quality. Paint falls of walls, we can smell the cigarette smoke of the apartment below us. Maintenance staff is ridiculously slow, and the management seems to want to be in your apartment often--there is a lack of privacy. There has been an extremely high rate of office staff turnover. New staff are in every few months--who knows what happens to the other ones.
