I lived there for a year and hated it from day one. That apt itself was cute, and I had a great view but that's the only positive thing I can say. Parking is a nightmare. I often had to park on the other side of the complex. I had my car stolen and someone tried to break in through the deck sliding glass door. Mgmt didn't seem too concerned. When my lease was up, I was in the process of buying a townhome and my closing wasn't until 1 month AFTER my lease expired. I asked mgmt if I could rent month to month until my closing and they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the rent to do that! Hated that place!!!
