Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
Pros:
1. walking distance to shopping market
2. beautiful brick fireplace.
3. spacious living areas.
4. good bang for the buck.
5. safe neighborhood.
6. 5 minutes to the light rail

Cons:
1. too many young college kids.

Overall it is a good place to live and I recommend it. Just hope you are not over one of the college kids. But you take that chance wherever you go.
