My biggest problem was the insulation. It's crappy, in the summer we barely had the air on (since energy is insanely expensive) so we just took our dog and went to friends houses to hang out. Before we knew how much air would be we had it on non stop and our bill was over $250 for 3 of us for a month. It doesn't keep heat or cold air very well either. My bed was under the window in the "master" bedroom and there was a breeze that would come from the bottom of the window.
The parking was kind of come and go, if you didn't have a car port, sometimes it was okay and sometimes not. While we were there 6 cars got stolen in about 5 months (just FYI)
Neighbors: we had a few cool neighbors but after about 6 months most of the good people left and the shady kids moved in. Below us moved in a yound mom who was always fighting with her bf, plus her and her friends would smoke pot while watching the kids. Weather or not her friends were around she was always cusing at her son. Then the stripper (not that there's anything wrong with "dancing") and her marine bf came home one night with one of his friends (get your mind out of the gutter) totally housed (drunker than *!) and body checked my roommates car and messed up the front quarter panel, which she said she would take care, and then moved out. The damage is a little under $900.
The Staff: Janet was really cool. The only big problem is when we did our initial walk through she said everything was okay, like normal use was nothing to worry about and we got a huge bill a month after we moved out. The carpet wasn't that great when we moved in, but the only thing I did was get a little bit of Mtn Dew on it. Not $300 worth of damage!
Others: They make you pay for the shoddy washers and dryers they have-$30 a month half the time out dryer was broken, but at least the maintenence guys were cool and fixed stuff pretty quick. One more thing the dryers used to not vent to the outside, they used to blow air right into the kitchen.
The doggy playground: not so much, and who knows if they've replaced the grass yet.
AND NO MATTER WHAT MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT MOVE TO THE WEST SIDE OF A BUILDING!!!!!
it gets so HOT!
Hope this helps!
