Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Management enforces rules unfairly. They advertised water and trash included, then raised the water and trash rates in the middle of a lease. They are slow and unresponsive on maintenance. Disorganized. They'd rather sit around back of the office smoking than getting work done. This is the first apartment complex run by trailer trash.
