I personally have lived in Silver Cliff for five years. I have had great service up until a few months ago when they changed Management. Ever since Laura left the maintenance takes forever, the grounds are dirty. The maintenance men are destroying the property with there golf carts. Most importantly every time I am around the new Manager she tries to blame it on Laura. I have been here long enough to know what a mistake on her behalf and a mistake that is Asher's fault. I think it is extremely unprofessional and shows what little capabilities of handling such a large facility. Not to mention the fact that she is rude and dresses very unprofessionally. If you need some where to live I would seek elsewhere.

I would have to agree with the last reviewer. Since Laura's untimely departure, the management has let the property decline. The maintenance takes at least one to two weeks to fix simple problems. They are more concerned with painting their office and decorating for Christmas than taking care of our apartments. The office staff has no compassion or people skills. The dress very unappropriately and are full of empty promises
