I have been living here for the last 8 years and have to say that the current staff here is incredible. They take the time to personally deliver my packages to my door because I am unable to pick it up myself. They are very warm when I go into the office. By the way I have to disagree with the previous people because the office, property and clubhouse are now decorated beautifully you could tell that the staff has pride in what they do. I have referred friends and family here and they have enjoyed it here as much as I have.

I agree. I've personally met the new staff and they are nice people. Plus the complex has never looked better. I always used to see Laura (yes I knew her too) and the staff out back of thier office smoking. I don't see that anymore, which is nice.

You can tell when the office writes the review..it's always a 5.0, always says "oh they bring my packages to the door!" yeah sure they do, when I go to pick up a package it takes them like 20 min. to even find it. Silver Cliff is way over priced for such a crapy complex
