I have lived in these apartments for several years and the Management/Maintenance staff has always been terrible. They are inefficient, incompetent, and most times very difficult to deal with. Maintenance issues can take days to resolve, if they get resolved at all. If you have a maintenance appointment don't plan on the staff actually showing up when they are scheduled to... they're probably too busy riding around in their golf carts, smoking cigarettes, or decorating their office. The rent at SC is a little more reasonable than other places, but when you're still paying out a good chunk of change you expect to receive good customer service from the staff. I would not recommend these apartments to an enemy, let alone anyone else. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!
