This is a nice place!!!!!!!!!!!!! The property itself is pretty and clean, and has lots of amenities. If people would pick up after their pets more often, there wouldn't be dog poo to complain about. My rent price is fair, and the staff is really nice every time I visit the office! They even delivered my package to my apartment for me. The last three reviews sound all too similar as if written from the same person....

Yeah, I'm sure there is no possible way that several different people could be experiencing the same issues and have the same opinion about this place (can you smell the sarcasm?) People couldn't pick up dog waste when the dog poo bag dispensers weren't refilled for over a MONTH. Yes, a MONTH! This is a good indication that the pet rent we pay every month isn't going towards grounds keeping or supplies. I'm glad that you caught the one person in the office that wasn't absorbed using their cell phone or web surfing, but bringing one package to your apartment? That's not good customer service... that's someone who wanted to take a smoke break. If the staff is really nice where you live you might want to make sure that you've reviewed the right apartment complex or that you're not wearing a Silver Cliff name badge.

The office staff doesn't smoke, so why are you stating that the only reason they would deliver a package is for a smoke break? You obviously don't know what you are talking about. You are right, about the pet rent. Instead, It's going towards fixing the light posts that people ram into with their cars, or the railings that are broken by kids. It goes towards paying a snow plow company to come through and plow snow for people. It goes to hiring a courtesy patrol company at night. It goes to resident breakfast's and activities. It goes to the cost of providing and heating a fitness center, pool, clubroom, laundry facility etc. It goes to the cost of installing new garages. It goes to the cost of providing free WIFI. It goes to the cost of employing a groundskeeper who attempts to keep up with people who don't pick up after their pets in areas in addition to the dog runs. That alone is a full time job. You can't make everyone happy. So Anonymous, please try and look at the big picture. Yes you pay rent, which goes to some of these things too... but most likely you get a pretty competitive discount on your rent. The water and trash fees are very low (check out the water fees in Aurora and you will be thankful to be in englewood!)
