I was surprised to hear some of the other comments on this site. I have lived here for seven years now and have yet to have a problem. The office staff is most helpful and friendly. My maintenance requests have always been filled within 1-2 days. I love the location and the prices. I miss a work out room but joined a gym in this neighborhood and its worked out fine. I have referred a few friends here in the last few years and they are happy as well. I love it here and would and have told my friends about this place.
