Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The rent is pretty good but you sure don't get any frills. The carpet is old, appliances are old, my apartment definetly needs a paint job and the pool needs to be cleaned. It's comfortable and pretty quiet though. I feel safe there.
