This place used to be great. The owners were here onsite, the management was nice, pricing was good. Then some big company, called JPI, offered the owners LOTS of money and they sold out. The old manager left before the sale finalized (smart girl). Now we are owned by this huge company that is clearing out the place and remodeling it to raise the rents. That I kinda understand.....it's their tactics I don't like. The new manager is a horrible witch, she treats us like dirt. I have had nothing but rude incounters with her. Her attitude is one of: "You aren't paying that much and won't be around long anyway so why should I be nice." I've not had it that bad, some people have had their paperwork "lost" by the office and are basically being evicted because suddenly their renewals or leases are "Missing". They fired the lady who cleaned up the dog ----, and now its EVERYWHERE. All I can say is....John and Bill COME BACK....and bring your old staff with you.

I'm also a resident here at Stratford Station and a dog owner and first of all, if you're a pet owner you should be cleaning up after your own pet. I mean you kinda take on that responsibility when you get your pet and really shouldn't be relying on someone else to clean up YOUR dog's s***. Honestly. And as far as the manager goes; she's been nothing but nice to us since we've been here and if you can't understand that the only thing the new management here is doing is making this property better and trying to PULL US OUT OF THE EIGHTIES!!! then there's something wrong with you and you've got a major personal problem.

This poster is right on. I have two friends who used to live there and not only is Marilyn a TOTAL -----, there is a HUGE RAT infestation, my friend's car motor was eaten out, and a neighbor's car, they were caught eating the remains of a chicken. Marilyn knows about this, and is not telling any of the tenants nor getting rid of the problem. She also evicted fire victims a few years ago...hmmm...how convenient. Avoid this place at all costs.

Comment to last response: Very strange since I live here and have never seen a rat (except maybe walked past you and didn't know it). If they were all over the place then where are they as I'd like to know? As far as Marilyn evicting fire victims a few years ago, she hasn't even been here for a year so how is that possible? She wasn't even here when the fire happened which was 2 years ago. Again, how is it possible for HER to do that? I have never had an issue with her. Sounds like you have some issues. I have seen things improve since Alexandria left, trust me!!!
