My wife and I moved in to Starford Station a year ago. I would recommend these apartments, a year ago, but recently the complex has been put under new managment. I am going to agree with the other poster complaining about the new managments style. I am really not too concerned with trying to get new people to move in, but it seems like they want all the old people out. Two months before our lease was up we get a letter from Stradford Station explaining that they were going to termenate our lease, and that if we wanted we could reaply for our appartment, but we would have to move out for a month for renovations. In addition rent will be increased $200. There was no offer of an alternative. This apartment is not worth the price. I have looked at the "new" apartments, adding hard wood floors and some new appliances does not make up for the new cost, especially because these apartments were due for a renovation at their former rent price. The only amenities this complex offers are a pool and a laundry room, no rec room, excerise equipment or any other amenities you would expect for the cost of rent. Do not be fooled, these are not the luxurious apartments that Stradford Station claims them to be. They neither have the location or the necesities to claim the current vogue of luxury, and they are to pricey to be anything else. Most importantly you can drive down Arapahoe road a couple of blocks and find a better apartment for a better price. In the end you will find a beter deal.
