I've lived over 4 years & can't wait to get out of here!! I'll never sign another lease here again!
The location is the greatest & I would have stayed for at least another year but the new management have made this place common! The new management promised to replace my carpet & hot water heater when I resigned my lease right after they took over. It took them >6 mo. to replace the hot water heater ? do you like cold showers in the morning' And the maintenance man messed up the apartment and took 2 days to get the new one replaced ? how lame is that' The carpet was never replaced or cleaned!
The reviewer about the pigeons is right -- they are all over the place. What a health hazard.
The old management wasn't perfect but overall fair. The new management is arrogant but not knowledgeable. And they only make upgrades that don?t matter.
Be prepared to know your neighbors well because you will hear them!
