I have to say that Timber Creek has been nothing but great to me in the entire four and a half years that I have been here. It's the best place to be in Denver. It is out of the city but yet the DTC is a little city on it's own. Timber Creek is close to all necessities: bank, grocery store (especially with the 4 ft blizzard of 2003), eateries, Cool River, Great Northern Tavern, Yia Yias(all in designated-walking distance!), Starbucks, dentists/all doctors, etc. What more could you ask for' You could walk to all of these amenities.

Whenever I had a concern or repair necessary, I did not hestitate to bring it to the attention of the Timber Creek Management (past and present); they have always responded quickly. The steady improvements to the complex have been appreciated and utilized greatly. There is more "community" within Timber Creek now with greater access and perks to the club house.

My one bedroom apartmentment itself was larger than the condominium I owned previously in another state. The appliances were all new or like new. The gas fireplace was sometimes all I needed living on the top floor of a sunny west-facing view; if you leave the blinds open, enough heat is generated inside the apartment; it's great!

I would recommend Timber Creek to anyone!
