My experience with Timber Creek apartments so far has been quite good. They paint walls for you when you move in: you pick the colors and the walls. When your lease expires, they offer you incentives to stay, which is very unusual in comparison to other apartments.

My only complaint is parking. They include one garage with your apartment, and if you have two cars, you're pretty much screwed parking wise. There does happen to be an office building with ample parking, so if parking runs out, you can always park there, but that seems ridiculous to me.
