Timber Creek Sucks!

So I have lived in apartments for 10 years now. I moved to Timber creek afer a horrible experience at The Seasons (another Red Peack Propery) I had to stay within red peak so i didnt have to pay a $3000 lease break fee. I will say timber creek is better than the seasons but not much.
We moved int a "brand new upgrade apartment"
The washer and dryer were old and knobs were broken.
the fridge is still broken
the cabinents are falling abart and the handels do not stay on!
I have never received a noise complaint in my life. After moving into Timber Creek it was very loud. You can hear everything. i can understand my neighbors conversations.
And because of the horrible quality of noise isolation I have received my first noise complaint. I am getting older now and am much calmer nd quieter than in my younger years. So this is not because I m loud its cause the apartments SUCK!
