Parking here is a joke. There is not enough of it. There efforts to enforce parking policies fall short of slim to none. Efforts by tenants to help alliviate the problem also fall short. The buildings are sinking and seperating at the seams. They are an energy nightmare. maintanence work is a stickless bandade on an open wound. when i moved in i noted water damage to the ceiling. Their responce, a coat of paint rather than a fixed roof. Then when we had the big spring snow, sure enough, gallons of water came through the ceiling fan and ruined my bed. their reply, "not our problem". even after having a lawyer contact them they would not assume responsability. I am considering small claims court. Centennial airport is VERY close by and I swear traffic has more than doubled in the last year. The theater has been waiting for a part for the projector for 14 months. The winsor is nicer than a lot of other places, but for the money it is not worth it. you can find better for less. keep looking.
