Some good, some bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've lived here five months into a 1 year lease. If it weren't for the heavy tread of my obese upstairs neighbor and her whining dogs, I'd probably renew for another year. Pro's: Great floor plan (mine anyway), attached garage, some nice details. Great location close to C470 and I25, but no traffic noise. Staff seem fine, but haven't dealt with them too much. I find that if you are nice to people, they'll want to help you.... Con's: Constant air traffic overhead from Centennial Airport (altho you *do* kinda get used to it). No soundproofing. Waaaayyyy too many dogs and little kids with no place to play. Having to take your trash to a compactor a mile away from your apt, and having to pay a trash fee on top of it. "Gated community" is pretty much a joke - it's open most of the day, and a car can slide in easily after another one. More of what I jokingly refer to as "the illusion of security". I'd say I'm getting my money's worth for what I pay, but I'm going to find someplace quieter and classier, and will be happy to pay more for it.
