I've lived here for 6 months (of a 12 month lease) and I would give anything not to have to finish my lease out. The staff was wonderful when we were looking. They made this place seem wondeful and perfect. They told us any problems that we had would be taken care of and they would make our stay worth it. So far, I have yet to see it. Each and every time we've had a problem, wether it be parking or our dishwasher or anything else, they tell us it isn't their problem to deal with. How in the world can you have a management company of an apartment complex with no responsibility to their tenants' It's awful.
More recently, the neighbor that lives beside me, commited suicide. People heard her shoot herself through the walls (poorly insulated). This was very disturbing. I went to the office and said I was very uncomfortable living in that particular apartment and could we work on something where I could possibly move across the complex. One lady I talked to told me yes that could be accomidated no problem and that she understood that was quite traumatic. We watched the body being carried out of the unit in the body bag for crying out loud. Anyway, I called the office to find out if they had figured things out yet and Daniel proceeded to tell me it wasn't their problem and they had no obligations whatsoever and basically to get over it. I was appalled. That isn't customer service at all.
If you don't mind poor service and hearing all the time "this isn't my problem" this could be the place for you. If you want a management team that treats you like a person, consider living ANYWHERE else.
