Some People Must Be Grumpy! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I have lived at Windsor for almost a year now. The staff is excellent, very personable and funny. They do their best to make you laugh and make some excellent cookies. I absolutely LOVE my one-bedroom, it is HUGE compared to many other places I looked at. I never hear my neighbors and will not be moving until I find a house. It is unfortunate that people only find the time to write nasty comments, especially when this place is very underserving of most of these comments!
