Great Management The manager and staff at Courtney Downs are the best I have ever encountered. They worked with me when I lost my job and were always there to do what they could. That is worth more than so many other things. I recommend them. Parking is a challenge.

New Management I just read the reviews online about Carmel and I want everyone to know that the complex is under new management and the new staff seems wonderful. The new manager seems to know what she is doing and they have a leasing guy that is super nice. I like the improvements they have done

DO NOT RENT AT THE MARKS The noise is incredible at The Marks. The walls are paper thin and the large dogs echo through out the buildings.
I have never lived in an aparment building where you can hear EVERYTHING... I hated living in this complex for two years.
