The apartment was nice, but nine repair requests that I marked as in need of "immediate repair" were never addressed during my stay, including warped sheetrock and holes in the wall. Managment refused to provide anyone for a walk-through when I moved, then charged me with a dirty shower curtain (there was none, I provided my own), not cleaning the outide of the windows (how are residents on the 2nd and 3rd floor supposed to clean the outside of the windows'!') and charged me $50 for a dirty carpet, even though they later told me the carpet was spotless. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! THE MANAGMENT IS HORRIBLE AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!! MAINTENANCE DOESN'T DO REPAIRS!!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is an anonymous LIE. Read my review (UN Xianthrops) and/or email me (xianthrops@hotmail.com) and I will personally tell you my entire story of 2 years and three apartments with crescent cove. Not only did I love living there, but I am defending them ardently and standing behind what I say. The property manager Leytte, knew me by name (as did all the staff) and helped me out in a big way on more than one occasion. And in all three apartments I rented there, I got a return on my deposit of more than half, and I was made aware of the repair/cleaning costs that COULD be deducted before I ever signed a lease, and again when I prepared to move out or switch apartments! If you read what you're given, do what you're supposed to, and be a good tenant (it isn't hard) you'll have no problems here!
