Nice community but office staff is another story

I moved out of the community a few months ago and have not received my security deposit back within the 60 days allowed. I called on several different occasions and felt that I was put off by a pirticular staff member by the name of Irene. I felt she was extremely unprofessional and had an attitude of a high school student. I feel that all other staff members in the past were very informative and helpful and they made a wrong decision putting an unexperienced person in that kind of position. Nice apartments but poor staff
