I agree with another review - they take your deposit for phoney charges. I moved out just under 2 years ago, and just got a collections notice from them for additional charges. This was my first notice, they never contacted me prior to this. Don't rent from them or it will hurt your credit!!

It will only hurt your credit if you don't do what they ask of you on move out, or leave a forwarding address. I have never had a more positive living experiences as I did with crescent cove. They will even give you a list of what charges they'll apply and how much they are before you move out (or even before you sign the lease). But if you do as I did, and clean as they instruct you to, and don't damage the place you'll end up getting more deposit back than you expect, just as I did (three times). It's easy to bad mouth a good place to live with an anonymous post. I will stand behind my positive review with my name and full story if you ask me (xianthrops@hotmail.com). This is the best place I have EVER lived and I am set on personally setting straight this unfounded anonymous slander!
