I rented THREE different apartments with Crescent cove and never had one single complaint. In fact after a very negative experience at the apartment I left CC for (west park village), I looked into returning to CC. There was a time when I was left in a large apartment that was getting too expensive for me and Leytte the manager was VERY VERY helpful, they permitted me to transfer into a smaller, less expensive apartment and complete the duration of my lease, for the price of a transfer fee, which was less than what I saved on rent. They did this for me TWICE and even transfered my deposit! Also the deductions from the deposit were perfectly fair and I got back more than I expected every time. When people complained about cars speeding through the complex, they installed speed bumps. The pool and hot tub were ALWAYS clean! The fitness center was open 24hours and maintained far better than any complex I've lived in before or since. The only issue I EVER had was that ONE time there was too much chlorine in the hot tub (granules of powdered chemical at the bottom). I lived in this complex for two years and am absolutely convinced that any bad review of this community is probably from people either not cleaning enough on their move out, not being friendly with the management, or not paying rent on time. The office staff knew me by name, ALL of them, even though I didn't always know theirs. If you are polite to them, on time with your rent, and a good tenant they will go out of their way to help you in any way that they can! This is no exaggeration! As for security and maintenance, the maintenance staff patrols the community regularly, beyond that I can't comment because in two years, and three apartments, nothing ever needed repair! Very close proximity to shopping, restaurants AND parks! Best community I have EVER lived in, hands down. Leytte and Irene have both been very rude and unhelpful to me. As for sercurity, remember the UNC kicker who got stabbed in our parking lot?

yeah but just because someone was stabbed that doesn't mean that it is ghetto or unsafe. They were two preepy college students. There are way worse places to live in evans or greeley for that matter.
