I first moved into these apts and loved it...now I hate them for ripping me off. Everyday you're rent is late...the first day is 50 bucks and after that day its $10! I moved and can't help the pace of the mail. My rent got there one day past the 5th and they said I had to pay the late fee. The office staff is rude and inconsiderate. I'm only respectful to those who respect me and they are not in that category.
Don't ever rent from these people, they have no respect for those who try to do what's right.

Rude is what you say, rude is what you may have come in with, good attitude= good service, LEARN THIS FOR YOUR FUTURE RENTING! IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE! These people are nice and very caring especially maintenance, nice guy!

Perhaps you shouldn't be late with your rent. We lived here for 3 years and the staff was never anything but nice!

If you send your rent in the mail before the 1st, and it was marked on the letter by the 1st, you cannot be charged for late rent.
