Crescent Cove is kind of a dump, I recently moved to a new apartment which is much nicer, in a nicer area of town, and 90 square feet bigger, I am getting this for 40 dollars less a month than I was paying at CC. They changed the lease twice while I was there and gave me less than half my security deposit back claiming the carpets were dirty, but I shampooed them the day I left. The women in the office are quite nasty and don't work with you if you have a maintenance problem or noise complaint. Very noisy at night and staff does nothing to prevent this. The xianthropos character who keeps writing is one of the gals that works in the office so don't pay any mind to her. It wasn't an unbearable place to live in but there are much nicer places to reside in Greeley for the same price and they provide better services. The one plus was that cable is free.

I agree it is dirty. They didn't even clean ny apartment before I moved in. It was the grossest and nastyest thing I had ever seen and all I got was an apology.

Place is extremely dirty. We always had dead bugs in our halls that were never cleaned up.
