We lived here for three years. The staff is very nice and the apartments are comfortable. Our only problem was that for our third year lease, they gave us the wrong amount due for rent (off by about $100) and they did not tell us for about 4 months. Than they wanted all the past due amount in 3 days, which we did not have. They threatened lawsuit and it was a problem. However, it was Timm Properties, not the ladies in the office that were being rude.
This place is affordable and comfortable with a great floor plan. The kitchen was open which made it easy to work in. I do recommend living here but make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing, especially the amount due (which you should do anyways). gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

You must have lived in a different apartment complex then I lived in. The ladies in the office have always been a pain in the butt.
