When my roommate and I began looking for a place to live, we visited numerous apartment complexes around the Greeley, Evans area. After touring places such as Creekstone, T-Bone, etc. We were not overly impressed with Crescent Cove, but because of the cheaper rent pricing, we decided to give them a try. Now a resident, I feel an obligation to let others know how unfortunate of a decision we made to live here. We have had nothing but problems with the front office as well as maintenance. A deduction of our first months rent was verbally stated to us, but never placed in writing. Without anything in writing, they don't budge. The hot tub has yet to work since we've moved in. On our tour they stated that they were ordering the parts, something you hear at a used car dealership. Well, 7 months later its still broken. After reporting that one of our toilets was not working, we were told to use the other toilet until someone could come fix it, 4 days later. Our decision to live at Crescent Cove was nothing but a mistake. We will gladly be paying a little extra to live somewhere respectable when our lease expires.

The hot tub is now working we have a new maintenance staff that handles work orders within 24 hours or less, check us out you will be imprssed.

Again the property manager posting, which is against Mtimm company policy, be careful, Renee' your next my dear (chop chop).
