This is a nice place to live, and well kept by the maintenance guy ----, or was, I should say, I found out last week he was no longer with the company so I gave my notice to leave after I found out, as so did alot of other people I know. We MISS YOU ----! The management team in the office now is terrible, poorly run staff, very dis-organized, unable to find my rent check month after month, when I went in to ask for my copy of the lease they couldn't even find my file! That was scary to know that all my personal information was lost somewhere. Every time I have had a problem with maintenance they send some short guy who has no idea what he is doing. Then they always say they will be back and then someone else comes and they to have no clue, it is really sad. I also had a few other problems they could not resolve in the office and they gave me some regional manager name of ---------- and said to call her with my complaints, when I did she was a joke to talk to, very rude, un-professional and I still did not get no where with my issue, and if I am not mistaking she lives here, I know this because I seen her having a party and drinking in the same building I live in on the first floor, if that wasn't enough she stumbled to her car and drove away to return later with more alcohol. So I made a complaint to the corporate office, and still did not get any return call. It is a poorly run community now and I hate to say this but it is getting worse. So renters beware!

First off this gentleman doesn't know what he is talking about. ---------- (not even her name) does not live on site, doesn't even live in the state. She doesn't drink, so he could not have seen her drinking or going to buy more alcohol. The new maintenance staff is very professional, handles work orders within 24 hours or less, the office staff is very professional and very friendly to deal with. If they say something will get done it does. The property is looking so much better since the new staff took over. The hot tub is running, all the exercise equipment is running. They have even re done the clubhouse so it is looks to nice when you enter it. The staff always greets you with a smile and a hello. I live on site here and will be renewing my lease when it comes up. I am so excited about all the positive changes happening at Crescent Cove. It is about time they got staff in here that knows what they are doing and treats the residents with respect.

Cresent cove is not the place to live. The managment is SH%# as well as the company that owns the property. The maintenance has not even been close to what ---- had done. Since ---- has left they have failed to keep a maintenance staff on hand that knows what they are doing. EVERYONE that lives or will be living there should think about moving. The apartments are very badly built and always have mice and MOLD problems. If you ever have a problem take it to corporate instead of the crap regional manager -------. ALWAYS get things in writing and always get copys. Take pictures when you move in or they will gouge your eyes out with ridiculous charges starting with the carpet cleaning. They say the carpet cleaning is so high cuz of the materials and equipment they use, from what i seen its just a rug doctor that anyone can rent. I would not recommend anyone to this complex or any other M.Timm property unless you want a SH&# hole for a living area and want to be taken for all you got.
