What a bad experience, and do I mean bad! Renters beware, this place is by far one of the worst places in Greeley to rent from. I live here and cannot wait for my lease to expire, it may even be worth breaking my lease early due to the poor customer service and reputation this place has aquired in the last few months. You can find anything from graffitti in the hallways to dirty diapers in the ash trays out front of the entrances. The hallways reak! The landscaping looks like crap, there are broken doors missing siding, busted gutters, trip hazzards, poor lighting or lights that have not worked for about three months. Trash in the hallways, dog crap everywhere. They even let the trash pile up clear to the roof of the garages several times, why I have no idea, did not even seem like they had a trash service for a month! I have put in service request after service request and still my issue has not been resolved. My toilet leaks worse now than it did before they attempted to fix it, my fridge still does not maintain the correct temperature, the maintenance guys they have here are either un-educated or don't speak english. I know they have come into my apartment several times without letting me know and snooped through my underwear for a fact! Someone letes their dog crap in my hallway almost every other week, and the cleaners pick it up days later. There is siding that has blown off the top of my building that has been like that for at least three months. The roof looks like it is caved in, I have complained about this over and over and I get the same story we have someone coming out to look at it. My neighbor had mice for months, my other neighbor had mold growing in her closets forcing them to move into another place for fear of getting sick. My car was broken into three times so I got a garage and it had trash from the last people who rented it. When I moved in they had some spanish guy come fix a few things and he looked lost and confused, running around like a kangaroo who lost their baby. The office people are a complete hassle to deal with, the manager lady says one thing and turns around and does the complete opposite, she is new and very in-experienced from what I have seen. The worst place ever! Spend your money elsewhere people, they rip you off just like the other reviews have been said they do, cause they do. I origianlly moved here a little over a year ago and it was a nice place, then things went to hell after they changed a bunch of people in the company. I had freinds that used to live here a few years ago and it was really nice then, well kept etc. but now it just plain sucks!! Run the other way, you would be better off at ceadrridge across from walmart!! Never again, and I hope the owner reads this please, fix it right or sell it!! PLEASE. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
