I used to be a tenant there before I seen how bad it really is..and its bad so I left!! Not only is it totally dis oraganized in the office unlike anything I have ever seen, maintenance issues would take forever because of bieng totally disorganized, and to make matters worse one of the maintenance guys is a multi convicted felon coming into your apartment and fixing stuff when your not around...be my guest is your o.k with something like that cause Im not! Remember, I know what goes on and I have no reason to lie about this since how would I benefit' Im saying this to warn others about what situation they will be getting themselves into when they move to this apartment complex. To bad people who post things on here do not know what they are talking about. First off he/she needs to learn to spell! All staff is screened with a back ground check. Work orders are done within 24 hours or lessergency work orders are done within a half hour. Most people who post negative responses on web sites like these, are upset at the move out charges because they have left the apartments trashed. Or they are upset because they do not follow the terms of the lease which they signed. Everyone who rents apartments sign a lease, the lease is very clear on the does and don't of renting the apartment. If you follow the lease, take care of your apartment and leave it clean when you move out you should have no problems. For those who choose not to follow the terms of the lease they sign, feel that it is okay to write un-true reviews such as this one. It is really to bad that people can not accept responsibility for their actions. Unfortunately we live in a world of the me generation. People feel the world and everyone in it owes them seomthing. If things don't go their way, blame it on everyone else.

I read the comments and thought they were funny...Yes, some people fail to uphold the contract that they agreed to follow when they sign a lease and I understand staff members are not perfect however, imperfections don't even scratch the surface to what is in store for a tenant at this complex. You want me to start naming a few facts..okay.. How about all the vehicle windows busted and the all the cars broken into at this complex? How about hallway doors slamming shut in the middle of the night do to no hinge to slow it down? How about the extremely dirt hallways with a nasty stench? All the misquitos from the standing stagnant water all around the complex from broken or clogged drainage systems? The mess your inexperienced maintenance team left in my apartment and didn't fix right from the beginning? I can only sympathize with those who have experienced their stay here with this complex when the bads outweigh the goods. (FYI) don't contradict yourself by pointing out spelling when you miss spell yourself, look at the bottom of your comment hero.

Yes you are correct, I did have a typo. You didn't state when you had the problem with the mess in your apartment. Was it recent or several months ago?
