I do not recommend living at Crescent Cove. I have lived here for 3 years now. It was getting better for awhile when their boss was here all of the time. Now when I go into the office there are two older ladies who always seem lost. There is a new guy who is the manager who seems nice. The one maintenance guy has been here forever and is good, but the other maintenance guy - who apparently is from another property or helps at all of them is a jerk. I saw him in the hallway the other day ripping up carpet and not only did he REEEEEEEKKKKK of alchol and cigarette smoke but he was rude. He's an old guy. The only reason I knew he worked at Crescent Cove is because I heard him talking loudly on his cell phone. Later when I rent down to the office the same guy was in the office talking loudly on his cell phone again! Still stinking... I used to see a lady from Nebraska all the time when I would stop in the office and she was really nice and cared about the property. When I had a run in with this maintenance guy in the hallway I called the # I had for her and the number is no longer in service. I called the office in CA and I guess she is no longer with Crescent Cove. It's too bad. That was the only thing this place had going for it.
