I lived there for almost 8 years, and for the most part it was great. But, as I was moving out they told me not to clean the carpet because they were going to put in laminate floors. So, I didn't clean it, and not only didn't get my security deposit back, but a big bill for more, along with threats from a collection agency. If you move here, be careful - they will do anything not to give back your deposit. My mistake was not to get the advice about the carpet in writing!
