Get EVERYTHING in Writing - I lived there for almost 8 years, and for the most part it was great. The Grove Review - The Grove was an adequate apartment complex with some perks. However, the staff was not very helpful, and sometimes the people working the desk were tetchy. Horrible! Basicly the worst living experience of my life.... after almost a year they fially put sod in... charged full rent for months without a microwave and working dishwasher... rent way overpriced, bad management... there is also a hole in the gate! they promise on site security,

Love it! The Grove has made my life easy. I only pay rent unless I go over in electricity but they give me a substanial credit to work with. The pool, hot tubs, tanning beds, and the staff are great. Any college student would be lucky to live here.

RIP OFF! I first moved into these apts and loved it...now I hate them for ripping me off. Everyday you're rent is late...the first day is 50 bucks and after that day its $10! I moved and can't help the pace of the mail. My rent got there one day past the 5th and they said I had to pay

Excellent Place!! This place is fantastic, it is a clean safe enviroment and the staff is extremly nice and helpful. Maintenance provides 24hour service and everything you would need, they will even take care of loud noise complaints rather than call the police. I love it here I could not

Moved in and Happy I moved in this past weekend, to a great complex. Manaagement team is polite and friendly. The grounds seem simple, but nice. The location is also very nice.

Cheap Place! Everything is falling apart in my apartment. I hate it here. Nothing ever gets done, the management is the worst I've seen. That have stupid charges. I want to move out of here so bad....I'm afriad of what they'll do with my deposit. Avoid this place!!!

Aweful I agree with another review - they take your deposit for phoney charges. I moved out just under 2 years ago, and just got a collections notice from them for additional charges. This was my first notice, they never contacted me prior to this. Don't rent from them or it will hurt your

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! The office staff is a nightmare, especially Leatte! She shouldn't be working there. I don't know if Mtimm ( the owners ) pay crap or what?! But they have the worst office staff. I guess that's all they can get. The apartments are cheap and everything falls apart.
