Overpriced, noisy, poor management

Intially when we moved in, this place was great. Great neighbors, great management--wonderful place to live. A couple years later, Jupiter Realty took over and things went downhill fast. Neighbors moved in with stereos so loud it literally shook our furniture. Noise was a big, big problem here. Management flatly refused to do anything. Our air conditioner failed during the hottest part of the summer, and they refused to replace it for three weeks, saying there were 14 other units with broken AC?s and we would have to wait. They did eventually replace it, but only after KUSA (Denver?s NBC TV affiliate) agreed to do a news story due to complaints. Be wary of anything managed by Jupiter Realty.
