The manager and staff have been very helpful to me. I agree the break lease fee is high -but as long as I fullfill my lease it's all good.
The community has improved greatly when the new manager, Stacey came on board and I think she is making the community look great.
Whenver I go into the office they great me with a smile and ask how I am doing. Not everyone can get along with every body and by looking at these reviews all I see is that current managemetn is following the rules and I like the idea that we are all treated the same!

Looks to me that staff is commenting on their own property. If you ask me, Stacy is a horrible manager... I would make a bet that the only good reviews of Hunters Cove are being posted by staff.
