At Hunters Cove we try very hard to ensure that all of our residents? needs are met. We have a fairly new staff and we try to show everyone a high level of respect. We do care about our residents and the condition of their home.

It is our policy to abide by the rules and regulations and the terms of the lease as every resident who moves in signs in agreement.

In reading over some of the reviews it appears as if some residents felt they were mishandled or treated unfairly. The staff is required to follow strict fair housing policies and therefore we treat every resident with the same level of respect and fairness by following the rules we all must abide by.
