I lived at the property for a few years, it started out fine. Not spectacular but nice enough, they had Neighborhood watch meetings, ice cream socials, and more. Then the neighborhood watch stopped, drugs, guns, drinking, and loud noise at all hours started. There have been MANY evictions and busts due to drugs/weapons on the property. The problem is (as someone stated eariler) they want to treat everyone the same but don't seem to realize not every tenant IS the same, some are respectable, etc but a lot are loud, do drugs, drink, party etc. They wait until it gets dangerous to do anything about it. There was always vomit, urine, beer bottle, trash, around the property. I had personal property damaged due to neighbors, wrote a report and nothing was ever done about it, as far as I know the tenants are still there even though the cops come every other night. If you need proof ask for the record of 911 calls from the property, it is public record and you can see what people are calling about.
