I have been here as of Nov. 2003, I recently have been having a problem with a resident that lives by me, they drink and party. They office asked me to write the problem down and the apartment # that is causing the problem and they are taking care of it and the people are being evicted. They explained that they must follow Colorado laws and I understand that they have to. They pulled the police records and nailed them with a 3 day. I will be happy when they are gone in a few days.

I think they try hard to make us happy and I have not been the easiest to get along with becasue I am complaining all the time about my LOUD neighbors.

Then they finally get the doggie pots and those darn kids take all the bags out and through them all over. I wish they could do something about that. But I must yell at them instead!
