My wife and I have been residents at Hunters Cove for the past year and a half and I have noticed a big change in the past few months since new management has taken over. The apartments have been painted and resided giving the community a much needed face lift. Our maintenance concerns are taken care of in a reasonable time frame, maybe 2 or the 3 days, and the new guys that are taking care of the grounds and maintenance really seem to know what they doing. The staff at the office has been going threw some changes and we saw many new faces come and go and we never knew what we would be told from one day to the next. My wife has been taking care of our new lease agreement with office staff and has told me that there are now other new faces in the office. She has had nothing put a positive experience with the new staff this time around and has faith in this new management. I have only dealt with the new staff over the phone and it has been a much better experience then in the past. Every one seems to be on the same page and have been nothing but professional, and believe it or not fun to deal with.
With all the positive changes going on we are truly happy to be spending another year here at Hunters Cove.
