Big Bunch of crud!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
We lived there for 6 months. Jan-aug in 2004. The staff was very knowledgable while we were signing the lease agreements, but everything went downhill from there.
The apt we got had a horrible draft. The bedroom was freezing even with a fire in the fireplace.
In the summer the ac was useless, its right next to the door and blows onto a wall. Keeps the door cold though, while the rest of the apt is sweltering.
The shower wall had a large cut in it that allowed water behind all the plastic.
We were on the second floor and the entire floor had a slope, as if the building was sinking.
We had our electricity turned off by someone because the fuse box is outside and unlocked.
Our neighbors had a puppy they locked in the bathroom for 10-14 hrs a day, and the puppy barked, howled, whined and cried. The office refused to do anything about it.
It took a few days to even get a repairman out, most apartments are 24 hours or less.
We broke our lease and left the apt to our roomates they ditched shortly afterwards) And because management "forgot" (didn't) sign the papers with the us and roomies, the fees fell back to us. Its been a horrid experience and I do not recommend this apt complex at all!!! Its not worth the money or effort. Its a huge headache and they set you up seriously.
The only good thing was the landscaping, but the bushes along the path are an attackers dream! Beware this place!!
