I lived in HC for over 2 years and find that the management, yes "Andy" again - failed to do her job. I'm not sure of the new management, but the staff that was in there PRIOR to her, was helpful, courteous, did the best with what they had and took care of the residents in a timely manner. When Andy showed up, things were OK at first, but the attitude (VERY STUCK UP and COMPLETELY rude) was a lot to be desired. On several occasions the Staff, namely Andy, failed to follow through and complete her J-O-B! I don't normally talk bad about people, but someone needed to learn a few life lessons. I knew of people that lived there for nearly 10 years that decided that "enough is enough!" and moved out after several months of the staff's inability to perform. I now live in NY and would highly reccomend staying away from HC due to the over priced residences they offer. Many other more affordable and appealing options elsewhere! Andy, if you read this, I hope you've learned those lessons!
