We moved in here about a year and a half ago and the leasing office was really nice. Before we signed our lease we asked if there was going to be any construction or management changes and they told us no. Then a month later new management and construction. Then all the rules changed and The leasing office has become greedy bastards! They won't work with you on anything, even if it's an emergency. Oh and the people here are creepy. We've witnessed several drug deals go down in the parking lot and someone keeps running up and down our stairs and playing with the doornobs. And from what I hear is that breaking the lease is terrible too.
