Went I first went to sign my lease (with my room mate) and move into my two bedroom apartment the leasing office was seemingly nice and helpful. However, problems started to arise very quickly with the management. They are extremely rude and unwilling to work with you. They do not care about you, they only care about your money. Which leads me to inform anyone out there who is thinking about moving here...you can find a much cheaper apartment, that's much nicer, with hands down more pleasant people working in the office. Not only do they gauge you on your rent here, if you are ever late on rent, expect to pay a tremendous amount in fees. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I??????m sorry i disagree entirely, with this last posting. First of all its unfortunate you have had to be late on rent but you can expect to pay late fees anywhere you choose to live if you are late, regardless. Im also sorry to hear you were treated unfairly by the office staff. Although some changes have been made in the staff they were never less than pleasant when i entered the business center... I sincerely wish you the best of luck in finding a better home for the price paid here!

I must be nice to never have money problems. However, when you're lower middle class like I, and only get paid twice a month it is a little more difficult to always have the exact amount before the third of the month. I can also honestly say, that this is the first place that has EVER not understood that fact. I have rented many other apartments in many other states that have been more than understanding about this fact. I'm glad that you were treated fairly every time you entered the office, although that was never the case for me. They indeed have made some changes, but are still difficult to reach or ever receive a call back from. I will not need any luck on finding a better apartment for the price I paid at Hunters Cove, it will be more than easy.

i find it to be very true i lived in these apartments for a while and found that the maintance is ok chasity is the most reasonable hardworking person out of all of them. cierra is very nice but the rest of the girls are extremely rude UNFAIR Sarah Weeks being the main one she lets her friends walk their pets without leashes and says nothing to them when she brags about the lease agreement saying about picking up after your dogs and she favortizes but people do things against the lease agreement and she sents maintance to do the dirty work why doesnt she take an hour out of her doing nothing schedule and help clean trash and dog poop so she'll know what they have to do all day while she stays in her office gossiping about other people. their all nice when the rent needs to be in or they want something. im going to BBB and Tom Martino about everything thats been happening since i moved here and i hope they find better management and have people more like Chasity and Cierra i love being respected and treated fair by people like them. Im waiting for my lease to be over and im finding something else to everyone find someplace else people that write good things on here are probably kiss ups to them its true all the negativity people write

I used to live at hunters cove for a while until i was recently diagnosed with cancer and for a while Hunters cove was reasonable about things until they started changing everything I moved because i was treated very disrespectful getting inappropriate notices about sexual things from Sarah being one of them like first off its none her business because i have cancer and it wasnt me and my husband was hardly home and it was other people but just the fact of her leaving open public notices like that was very disrespectful to someone whos sick I mean we all know what shes like and everytime you talk to them their rude...well sarah being the one that i hate the most needs to rinse her mouth from the things that she says and also because she always has food in her braces which is very unproessional and the blonde janet that works with her needs to stop talking about people thinking that we dont know that they are and file her teeth down its very hard to speak beaver language when you dont understad it hunny and for leave notices for something worth reading because all that paper your wasting is really good stuff to use for the fire place so thanks for keeping my house warm with all the paper your wasting
