We had our car broken into along with 8 other people in the same night, our Air conditoning blew a spark and nearly set our couch on fire and managment didnt come out for 2 weeks to even look at it then we had to wait 2 and a half more weeks just to get it replaced, the people above us placed all of there trash and boxs from moving in under the stairs and nobody picked it up after one week so managment was notified 4 time and finally after 2 weeks straight of calling them every night they did something about it and a word was never said to the slobs up stairs, people drive aroung in the late night with there amps so high it hurts your ears. The people all around our area were loud and not very nice to each other, alot of domestic problems around the area. And for a one bedroom with broken a/c in the the middle of the summer and all of the other problems we had please I dont even think it was worth $700 dollors. Please save your self the headache from just dealing with managment do not invest in these apartments. O one more thing they dont tell you when there switching locks they switched locks for the mail box and never was there any thing stated about it, you had to find the time around there schedual to get your new key.
