This place was the pits. The second day that I moved in, my toilet broke. I was told that the pipes were frozen and nothing could be done about it because the building had bad pipes. The toilet was broke at least 2 weeks out of the first month I lived there. The fireplace let in cold air from outside. I was told the flu was broken. This was never fixed. Management just didn't seem to care about anything. I broke my lease after 2 weeks of living here and would never reccomend it to anyone, yea it's cheap and now I know why.
