From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   first of all, the maintenance men do nothing but snort coke all day long, when moved out i gave 30 day notice (which they said was fine) and when i got back home to ohio there are trying to collect over 1,000$!!! they will never get a cent from me, they never fixed anything and were way over priced, renter beware they will tell you anything to make you happy and sign the lease, once you sign the lease everything changed, BEWARE!!!! also there is not enough parking and the laundry mats are sooo nasty, never cleaned, i told them i need a new toliet for 3 monthes,even when i moved out the same toliet was there. Don't trust them, it is not worth the headache
